このアルバムはmarucoporoporoとShin Sasakuboによって秩父の洞窟や山や森や川、新潟や富山の海で2021年にフィールド録音された.
iPhone録音からアナログでリリースするというコンセプチュアル作品.
スタジオとはまるで異なる環境(自然の中)で録音したことによって我々自身が音楽という行為を改めて認識し直すことになった”内側の音楽".
『GORGE』という言葉には「峡谷」という意味と「喉」という2つの意味がある.
秩父の洞窟は器官（喉＝Gorge）で、この谷の一番低いところで水が流れている.
洞窟に空気が通り声となって谷をゆき川を流れ海にゆく.
録音が終わった後に川で火の玉が飛んでいた
高速道路で永遠と連続する虹に出会った
夜の海で遠くに移動する光を見た
言葉にできない不思議な体験の中で生まれた音楽
一瞬の空気や風や光や不思議を含むその場所での音・時間=記憶が静かに記録されたアルバムとなっている.

"GORGE"
This album was recorded in the field in 2021 by marucoporoporo and Shin Sasakubo in Chichibu's caves, mountains, forests, rivers, and the seas of Niigata and Toyama.
It is a conceptual work released in analog form from iPhone recordings.
It is "inner music" that we have re-recognized the act of music by recording in a completely different environment (in nature) from the studio.
The word "GORGE" has two meanings, "canyon" and "throat."
The caves of Chichibu are organs (gorges), and water flows in the lowest part of the valley.
Air passes through the cave, becomes a voice, runs through the valley, flows through the river, and goes out to the sea.
A fireball was flying over the river after the recording was over
We encountered an eternal and continuous rainbow on the highway
We saw a light moving far away in the sea at night
Music was born from mysterious experiences that cannot be expressed in words
In this album, the sound, time = memories of the places including the momentary air, wind, light, and wonders are quietly recorded.
